I would like to import an old file generated with an old version of Manager. The file is NOV 2017. I try to import with the current version of the software 19.1.3 with no success. Any suggestions? thanks

Did you add a business as described here in the section “Restoring from backup”: Backup, restore, import, and transfer businesses | Manager? If you followed those instructions and had problems, provide more information. What edition (desktop, server, cloud). What operating system? Did you get any error message? If so, post a screen shot of it.
Manager will import older data files and make any necessary conversions of the database structure.
