I haven’t used excel in a good number of years, if you can’t save as a .csv is there an export option to export as... and then select csv?
I can certainly have a look for you and try importing it into a test account at this end.
How did you get it into the excel spreadsheet to begin with?
Might I suggest copying the sheet to a google sheet and share it with me. I’ll send you my google email in a PM and you’ll be able to see any changes I make.
I had similar issues importing CSV visa statements and couldn’t get the excel document to be accepted.
A much simpler solution that was suggested by others on this forum is to use a free .CSV to .qif converter and import the .qif file into manager. Works perfectly every time and takes just seconds to do.
This is the one I use.
