Before anyone can help, you will have to provide more information about what you did that got you to the dialog boxes you posted.
i downloaded the program to new device and import backup but every time i want to view invoice the dialog boxes came and close the screen
But does the program function otherwise? Can you view other screens? Can you create a new invoice?
If program crashes this way, that’s very bad and indicates issue outside of Manager.
Can you try to install Manager on different computer, import the same backup file and see if you can reproduce this crash on other computer?
