If you have been using cloud edition and the subscription has been cancelled, you won’t be able to login to Manager Cloud.
However, you can still download all your businesses even without restoring your subscription.
Go to https://cloud.manager.io and login
After login, click Download Backup button.
Click on the business or businesses you wish to download from Manager Cloud.
Downloaded businesses can be imported into free desktop edition.
