How to restore from backup

I am running standalone Manager version 24.12.15.1088 and need to restore from a backup. I’m sure I’m missing something obvious but how do I do that?

THe backups were made using version 20.10.18. Will I have to doiwnload that version or will Manager automatically make whatever changes are needed to make it compatible with v 24.12.15? If I need to download the old version, where can I get that?
