How to give limited access to customer to view only His Invoices
That is not possible. If you have sent the customer all invoices and statements they should have the information they require.

Sorry I means how to limited access to User can see only invoices which created by his self?
user controls are available in server and cloud editions of Manager. read the guides section regarding this.
The last time I checked, you can’t stop other users from seeing all the invoices in the list of invoices.
I don’t really believe it will be a useful but your company situation may require it.
The useful feature will be to limit users on View, create, edit, delete and clone/duplicate.

I think you were looking customer portal features which only assign the certain information for specific customer. Is not available nor within Manager’s roadmap. Is similar to business-to-customer model.
