I would like to find out the total billed hours for a customer for a specified period. e.g. let’s say I need to know how many hours I billed ACME Co. for the 2024 financial year. There used to be a Billable Time report that had an “Additions” column, which had the total hours. However, in a manager.io update sometime ago, this report was removed/changed. The “Billable Time Summary” report does not have this column. How can I get this info? Many Thanks.
Advanced Queries allow you to filter, sort, group, summarize your data in Billable Time tab.
@lubos, thank you, however using your suggestion I can’t work out how to make it show a total of the billed hours - it shows each billable time entry individually for the time period I put in the query but doesn’t show a sum of all the hours of the query.
I see. Currently the sum function wasn’t implemented over time duration. I added this topic to ideas so it gets done. In the meantime, you can still see billable total and if your hourly rate is always the same, then you can divide billable total by hourly rate to get time.
