Hello im trying find out how I can add a total number of billable hours onto my invoice. I use billable time and only contract to one company. I charge out each day separately and send out and invoice at the end of the month detailing each day and the number of hours per day, but they have now ask for a sub total of hours charge as well as the itemised time. Is there any way to add the total hour charged onto the invoice.
You cannot add billable time to an existing invoice. You create billable time entries, then invoice them from the Customers tab. Read the Guide about invoicing billable time: Invoice billable time | Manager.
