Pls how can I record cash sales
A sale / purchase without and invoice can be entered as described in these guides

As regular sale invoices > create >new receipt > chose account, ( for cash you need to setup cash account then will show up)

Contrary to what @Moha_sallah wrote, a sales invoice is not necessary. Although you can use one if you want to track the history of a customer, it is an extra step. For general guidance about cash sales, see Make cash sales (sell without sales invoices) | Manager.
