Can someone please advise me how to contact support by email?

I have been experiencing several issues with the system and used to be in touch with Lubos. However, despite repeatedly following up for the past three weeks, I have not received any response from him. This is becoming very frustrating, as I am unable to move forward with my work properly.

Some of the main issues I am facing include:

  • The VAT report is not set up properly.

  • The system keeps duplicating invoices with the same reference number for the same supplier.

I have already notified Lubos multiple times, but as mentioned, he has not replied.

Since this program is a paid service, I would greatly appreciate it if someone who values customer care could attend to my queries. Please provide me with the correct support contact email or connect me to someone who can assist urgently.

Hi @yannick best solution is talk to chatbot which I always do cos they are fast also and knows the system If I can’t get it the way I want that’s the time I post my concern in Forum and if someone encounters the same and solve it they can explain it too.. its a win win solution for everyone.. this way we can also help the support @lubos to include our suggestion in the next version if its helpful.

Try it… hope it helps cos for me it does a lot of times.

Lubos is not serious.. i have mail him several times regarding problems and he never get back as he said he would.. This is why am asking if there is anyone apart from Lubos providing support

Manager is not serious about providing support. It’s do it there way or get out. IMO, this severely limits the usefulness of this program to anyone but smaller operations who strictly need invoicing and basic inventory management.

It worked fine for me for a few years but we are working on data entry on an erpnext system to go live by the end of the year, primarily for the reason that we can’t get anyone to work with us and our needs.

In your case, i’d plan an exit strategy, it’s pointless beating your head against the wall like i did for years.

The problem is use quickbooks for all my clients but I had this client who is using Manager, i found it very user friendly which could have been an alternative and challenge.. but the support is so slow I think complete this last financial year and then migrate them.. so pathetic
