I’m afraid that’s not going to happen as this forum is the only means of getting support, or send an email to the email address stated on the landing page of the cloud edition.

Support is provided by NGSoftware through the following channels:

The guides provide information on how to use Manager.

This forum for everything else like bug fixes, feature requests and more.

Cloud Panel for managing subscription and cloud service.
If you still need, further, individualized service, you can privately contact any of the accountants. You should know that these accountants are third party support providers and do not represent NGSoftware.

Well that simplifies your product choice.
The information you have been given is accurate.
If you are not willing to try to work with that then you will need to find another accounting program.

For many it is, so as @Patch advised it may be time to look for another application that provides the support you need. Wish you all the best.
