How to Add new Menu items to the Menu on the left sidebar?

Hi,

I would like to add shortcuts to the new accounts that I am adding to the chart of accounts. Is there a way that I can add new menu items to the left sidebar?

No, it’s no possible. Why would this be useful? You can access transaction history of any account from “Summary” tab too.
