Is it possible to have more control on the Menu mentioned in the picture attached.
For Example, instead of having banks and cash accounts below Summery, I want to have Payments or Inventory Items.
What I am asking is the implementation idea of the chart of accounts. Which is being able to move an account up and down
This is not possible and has been discussed very often. The main reason this will not be supported is because it makes helping users much more difficult whenever everyone can put menu items anywhere they prefer. Is one of the reasons why major software be it Word, Excel but also accounting, design, etc. do not allow customization of menus and their order. Consistency throughout is more important.

That a very good reply from @eko, I also think that Tab consistency is important. But in the past I suggested a “favourite” feature which will float around a shortcut to 5 Favourite tabs of the user, go to Search results for 'Favourite @abeiku' - Manager Forum .
The idea is that, if you have a lot of tabs activated but have some bars you visit very often but always have to scroll down or up to those tabs, the floating tab could help make you work faster.
Another solution is to use the favorite bar of the web browser you use for Manager. (You can even open a desktop edition with a browser).
Just create Favourites links for every place in Manager you visit a lot including reports, settings, tabs, documents etc, you can name these links anyway you want.
