We have more than 7500customers and we tried to batch export customers list from excel, it accept only 2500 customer, how can we do to except 7500 customers
You could try doing it in three batches - 2500 each time
Be sure you are using Batch Create, not Batch Update when you add additional groups.
we have tried but could not, but now successful by doing 200 customers each.
now manage to import 7,500customers, thanks
