We only use internal helpdesk. Meaning we dont need this support option in our Manager menu, or want to change to our internal helpdesk link. Is this possible? Can this be implemented?
It seems only for the Administratorâs page the âUsersâ and âSupportâ visible, for other users that one not visible.

Itâs less of a âclutterâ issue for your team. If you still want to direct people to your internal helpdesk, a good workaround is to add your helpdesk link to the âBusiness Detailsâ or as a Custom Field on the dashboard. That way, your users have a direct path to your internal support right where they work!
