Business / User Internal Support Requests

  • Option 1 - (Just like we use puppeteer to send Email for invoices etc, you can set it up to send Support request email) A user just opens the form and sends email by putting title and description maybe a screenshot (screenshot not saved - deleted after sending). The admin will have already dont the SMTP setup for the support form.
  • Option 2 - Each business can have a support request form. And the admins can provide support inside the manager portal. This would be even more convenient, when they export their data they can also export their support requests and details. The business will see their own tickets but the administrator will see all businesses support tickets. (DIvided by business)
