@mraniweneonline i think you are asking about to Removing Business.
No i am asking about removing a server in Customer Portal side.
Basically if i create a domain like myportal.manager.io how do i delete it, if i dont want it to continue being active. Because currently old ones just hang in there, waiting to be restored “someday” in the future.
For data and privacy would like to delete these old ones. @lubos @Ealfardan
You need to first login to cloud portal with the same email used for creating domain.
You can the Delete Account
You will find this option dead last
Wont “Delete Account” delete my Whole account?
Mind you, you can have multiple servers/Domains under one account.
I would like to delete the server and not the main account holding the server.
Eg account may be ealfradan@test.com then it can have multiple servers
In this case i would want to delete one or two, and the rest remain.
That’s a vaild concern.
There could be a workaround though.
Why not transfer these subdomains to another email account and delete them from there?
Select the cloud server from the dropdown, and click Delete Account.
This will remove the subdomain you selected, not all subdomains under your manager account.
I dont think this should be a problem, send the request and it shall be done. send @lubos a private message.
