Is there is any option to create single invoice from 100+ sales orders?
If you are asking whether you can link one sales invoice to many sales orders automatically or copy many sales orders to a single sales invoice, the answer is no.
But nothing prevents you from adding all the line items from many sales orders to the same sales invoice. And you could add a custom field to your sales invoices in which you list all the sales orders covered.
If you often have 100+ Sales Orders to create a single invoice for, you could also consider using Batch Create to create your invoice. As Tut was suggesting, a custom field on the detail lines of the invoice could be handy to reference the order number.
