Hide Summary, bank account etc from staff

Hi, I use Manager in my workplace and have my staff entering all the Sales Invoices to the system. I would prefer to have them only to be able to access the Sales Invoice tab only and not be able to look at summary, bank account etc. Is there away of doing this please?

There is technical issue why it cannot be done in standalone edition you are using. Once the staff member has physical access to accounting file, it’s impossible to “hide” stuff.

To solve this problem, there will be server edition which means the program would be installed on server and your staff would be accessing it through web-browser therefore they would never have physical access to your accounting file. This means user access control (giving your staff restricted access to only what you want them to have access to) will be easily achievable.
