Hide income in summary

How can I hide my income in summary until needed?

You cannot. Why do you want to?

I am mostly out of office and have to hire someone else to do the invoices and statements (creating, printing an emailing). I consider income as a personnel matter.

If you use the server or cloud editions, you can limit access for users to specific tabs.
