You have already something else running on port 8080. Try different port.

I find your question concerning. Invoking a command with parameters is not an advanced computer administration task. Other jobs such as backup, application & operating system update, redundancy, and security/ attack surface minimisation are considerably more complex.
Using the server rather than cloud version maybe exposing you to risks you are not fully aware of.
