In Greek, the letter π , p , looks like the mathematical symbol rather than the same font as the other letters.
In this font, it really looks out of place.
Look at the word, Υπαλληλος (Employee)
Example: Παραπομπή
It would be nice if that could change.
What version of Windows are you using? Can’t tell from the screenshot but generally Manager will use whatever font is installed in Windows.
I’m using Windows 10 and the letter “π” looks the way it should (not like on your screenshot).

All I can say, the font in the button will be chosen from following list of fonts:
Have a look how Helvetica looks like on wordmark.it website. “Helvetica Neue” is typically available on Mac OS X only so it won’t be used on Windows.
