Please how can i know the goods received for a particular month.

There are many ways, depending on whether you are using the Goods Receipts tab and whether you want a single inventory item or all items:

  • Drill down on the Inventory on hand account from the Summary and use Search and sort features.
  • Drill down in the Inventory Items tab and the Qty on hand column.
  • Create an Inventory Quantity Movement report.
  • Create an Inventory Value Movement report.
  • Create a General Ledger Summary report and drill down on the Inventory on hand account balance. This option gives the most information in one place. Search and sort as needed. You can export and manipulate further in a spreadsheet.
