Thank you for your efforts and response. I have previously generated a QR code for invoices without any issues. The problem is that I cannot generate a QR code for credit note invoices.

ZATCA Phase 1 QR Code Generator extension only supports Sales Invoices.

You can try the ZATCA e-Invoice Phase II Extension for Manager.io.
This extension supports both Phase I and Phase II.
