What QR Code are you referring to? Do you mean the ZATCA QR Code? If that’s the case, you can try the following two links:

Use the Extension to generate a QR Code on your invoices. The two links above should help you with this.
If you want to add QR Codes in batch, you can use the Phase II ZATCA Extension as shown in the second link.

It seems you previously updated the custom field for ZATCA Phase II. Please restore your business data from a backup, then repeat the update process.
Do not proceed with onboarding to Phase II if you do not actually need it yet.
Yes, it is safe to delete or deactivate it. You can add it back again if needed.
And don’t forget to verify the QR code using the official ZATCA application. Make sure the QR content can be read correctly and matches your invoice details.

Try editing the invoice and you will find the QR image saved in the image custom field.

Yes, that’s correct. And not only that, you also need to delete the Inventory Items, Tax Codes, and Customers that were created for ZATCA Phase II.
That’s why I recommend restoring your business data from a backup. It’s much simpler.

Rename or delete your current business data. Then restore the data from your backup using Import Business.
