Form Default for Customer Statement

Thanks for the great software.

I am trying to put my bank details on the customer statement and can’t seem to find a solution?

We regularly send out statements to customers who pay late and then they request the bank details every time because it is not on the customer statement that is send to them.

We include the bank details on the email, but it seems that they only print out the statement and send it to the payments department and then they don’t have the bank details.

Any solution would be helpful. Thanks.

Form Defaults are not applicable to the reports. whether this would be extended to include in future updates will be the decision of the developer.

one option as you have already mentioned would be to add the details in your email.

other options would be,

  1. create a custom theme with the bank details hard-coded and select this theme when generating statements.

  2. include the bank details in your business details under Settings.
