Footers to be movable

I want to extract a percentage of the total amount and add it to the footers

Footers will be soon eliminated because new themes can do this job too and better. You can use theme enhancer to implement this already:

@lubos Recently you mentioned that footers are obsolete after introduction of New Themes. So Footers still obsolete?
