Footers to be movable

Hi @lubos can I ask these to be movable so that we don’t need to delete all once we change one remarks to be in-order.

@lubos Recently you mentioned that footers are obsolete after introduction of New Themes. So Footers still obsolete?

I think it is not yet Movable to date after the newly release versions.
