Purchase Invoice Footer does not show the Username / Name.

Show to screenshot of the entire form. There is a list of merge tags which you can use.
Oh I think the Prepared by is a custom field that I have created. Is there any tags that I can use to show the User who create the Purchase Invoice ?
Custom fields are also supported by merge tags. That’s why your custom fields are shown in your merge tags list.
When you use this footer on actual purchase invoice that has the custom field Prepared by filled in, are you saying it doesn’t show?
Yes after i filled in the custom field Prepared by, it does show. I will put in the staff names. Thanks Lubos.
