Footer is not appearing on the bottom of the page when printing

I tried several attempts in the theme but nothing is working, on the preview before printing on manager itself, it appears on the bottom but the preview is smaller than the sheet, is there any way to make it at the bottom of whatever page size im using… Is it in code or in the manager itself??

You cannot control footer location.

Is this an actual footer you are asking about, or something you have programmed into a custom theme?
