I classified this in ideas.

This was supposedly fixed two days ago. See Recurring transaction forms do not match current Edit screens. I am reclassifying this topic from ideas to bugs.

@Christopher_Esmeres, it also looks like your software is out of date, although the problem still exists.

Footers are now included across recurring transactions in the latest version (22.8.10)
