FMCG Orderbooker Product wise report

Dears,

Can anyone help me. I am running an FMCG distribution agency in Pakistan. right now I am facing an issue with the report.

I have 5 Order bookers in my distribution company they all are going to market and get orders for different products, in the manager the report is available item-wise but not individual order booker product items-wise. So I need a way how to generate the items wise with the order booker report.

There is no “order booker” report in Manager. What are you referring to?

There is a Sales Invoice Totals by Custom Field report. You could enter your order bookers in a custom field on your sales invoices. That report might give you what you want, but not until there are sales invoices.

there is already an available report with the name of “Sales Invoice Totals by Customer” so I just want to replace the customer with an employee or orderbooker. So I have the report of each employee date wise

There is no link between an employee and a sale invoice in Manager, so there is no way to have a built-in report with the information you want.

As Tut suggested, Add a custom field to the sale invoice to hold the employee/salesman and use the Sales Invoices Total by Custom Field report
