can we apply password for secure any business in desktop edition?
And can you add some feature in manager like that
1 Note Pad
2 calculator
3 Letterhead
and please make some colourful user interface if you can.

Manager is an accounting software, and not a all in one program.
There are many free programs available to do the tasks you want.
The current color scheme is very appropriate and doesn’t need to change.
User permissions are features of the paid server and cloud editions.
You can add custom fields for notes to any transaction form.
You can customize forms with custom themes, but not create a generic letterhead for other documents. Do that in a word processing program.
