End of year time again and we are doing inventory. I’m very happy with the new search functions - I can now get a list of just simply inventory items with only item name and quantity. nothing else included. BUT - there is no way to ask for it to only show ACTIVE inventory items. Once I do the search and move things to Excel for actual printing, I have to go back and delete out the inactive items which show up at the end before giving the pages to employees for counting. We have inventory items that may show 0 but actually have a positive count so I can’t just use a list of items with only positive quantity. Going through the items with a true 0 in quantity also helps us decide if an item should be made inactive.
Can you possibly add an item into the ‘Where’ or ‘Select’ options that offers to show or not show inactive items?
