we need option to export all reports to word or excel for easy using and easy editing !

When viewing report, there is Export button in bottom-right corner which will allow you to copy & paste report to spreadsheet such as Excel.
Mind you, you won’t get pretty layout as you get in Manager.
Not sure why you would need that though. Manager is quite comprehensive in terms of layout and if something is missing, it could be added rather than forcing user out of Manager to make adjustments in external app.
