Exit from email attachment view without exiting manager

Hi, I’ve encountered this problem, this is an email attachment view, the cross button here (circled in red) actually exits the entire software rather than just exiting to the software, and there isn’t any other option to exit this view.

correct me if wrong, but judging from the look of this page, it seems that manager called for ‘adobe reader touch’, a default pdf reader on touchscreen devices.

any solution to the problem?

You must be many versions behind the current version of Manager as email attachments no longer show in the email view even when you enabled as our businesses did the degraded to obsolete feature PDF generator that allows PDF attachments.

Nope, its the latest V22.10.27.462

Its not the email view, its the attachment view in the email view

From 1 then ‘view’ any email then click the attachment 2 will result in page in the original post, its fine in the payments tab, receipts tab, they open external pdf reader, but not this particular one, which turn manager itself into a pdf viewer and closing the viewer also exits manager

to add on, just tested with non touch screen device, the result its the same, the above procedure result in a page similar to adobe viewer touch

right click into the document → left click on back

or

Alt + Arrow left

will get you back from the attachment view without closing manager
