Exchange Rate doesn't update

I have multi-currency enabled.

In the summary, Manager provide an overview of the company balance based on the default currency I have chosen for my company.

Doing this however, it doesn’t update the exchange rate between currency.

See picture below. Actually the rate EUR/HKD now is 1 EUR = 9.714 HKD

Shall i record manually new exchange rates at any transaction my company has or i miss something that doesn’t allow Manager to update the exchange rate?

I forget to say: I didn’t set any fixed rate.

You can enable Exchange Rates under Settings tab. This will allow you to set new exchange rates across all transactions. Also, the latest version (14.11.1) allows to override exchange rate on transaction-level. The exchange rate value is clickable.
