Excel to csv file not upload in bank statement

Dear Sir,
Please clear my problem …I got the statement excel format but i could not upload the statement in manager …
what should i do???

Note: Manager will recognize only the following columns, so delete all others:

  • Date (be sure the format matches your selection in the Settings tab) It will not import properly if date not set correctly.
  • Reference
  • Description
  • Amount

The most basic thing is not to try to import a file in Excel format. You must convert it to .csv format.
