Error when trying to edit opening balance Journal Entry

@lubos I am in a position where there is a need to correct the starting balances of some accounts. Ever since the starting balance has become as one Journal Entry, I haven’t need to change or open that Journal Entry of opening balances. Now, when I tried to open/edit, I was not able. It will take for ever, then I will receive the below message:

I tried (as suggested) to restart cloud server, but I kept receiving the same message.

Any suggestion on how to do it

I have moved this post to it’s own topic and placed it under bugs.

This has been fixed in the latest version (25.11.1). The problematic starting balance journal entry which for some users can span over 1000 lines will be converted to individual Starting Balance entries under Starting Balances (in Settings tab).

Now, there are some edge-cases where the journal entry won’t be converted, if you still have this issue, please PM me.
