Can't delete a record in Journal Entry

I can’t delete a record I made in journal entry. The picture below shows how the edit screen appears in journal entry.

Please can someone help me. Am using version 19.11.93 server edition on windows 10. I’ve tried it on the desktop edition and it’s the same.

This is definitely a bug since the user interface appears to be broken for you. Would you be able to send me the business backup to lubos@manager.io ?
