I am facing a “Sequence Contains no Elements” error as well!
Using the default email template it’s working fine. However I adjusted the default template and facing an error creating a PDF and or sending as email. Please inform me how to solve this issue.
I am using the latest version 17.10.15
the template was created in the previous version but never tested as email.
Please do not divert topics with unrelated issues. Your problem has nothing to do with opening data files.
Your error occurred because the internal PDF generator cannot handle something you customized. It is not clear from your post whether this is a custom theme or a customized email template. Whichever it is, be aware that not all HTML/CSS syntax is supported, especially when dealing with fonts. I recommend removing things one by one until you find what is causing the problem.
