Error on opening

I’ve installed latest manager software, Microsoft Edge & Microsoft Edge WebView 2. After installation, still each time, I need to close this window to start manager software. Fallback to IE is not working.

I’m using Windows 8 Pro & I can’t upgrade it to Windows 10 due to other software constrain.
Please advise, how to solve this issue.

I’ve tried to troubleshoot the problem. I’ve un-install & re-install the Microsoft Edge WebView 2 & manager software but now I’m not able start the software. Just getting this window. Please help.
