Error message

I need to do invoices to send today, it’s 2.30pm and Manager is giving me this message:

The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007139F) System.Runtime.
Blockquote
I downloaded and installed again but it still gives this message and won’t open properly.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Please provide much more context.

  • Manager version number (of the format v22.12.19.561)
  • Manager version (Windows 64 bit, Windows 32 bit, Mac, Linux)
  • Operating system version number
  • What were you doing just before the error occurred, often best described using screen shot
  • What was the full error and which program showed it, again screen shots are often most useful

  • I downloaded today the latest 32 bit Windows.
  • I’m on Win 7
  • I tried to open, so I wasn’t doing anything in Manager
