Every time I try to open my business up in Manager, I either get a page with several options including ‘return to previous page’ which I do then on the second time I click the business, it opens up fine, or a message saying ‘You are running an outdated version. Please use the latest version available’. In the latter case, the program has to be shut down and reopened again.
Is there an update available to rectify these problem please?
What version are you running?
If you get the page with options again, post a screen shot of it.
Also, are you running the desktop or server edition? And on what operating system?
Download and install the latest version from https://www.manager.io/download/ and see if that helps.
Thanks, the download worked but now I don’t have description column visible for amending text. Any ideas on how I can enter free text to a line?
