I have been using the software for a couple of months now and have not had any issues. Today I have tried to open the program and get an error message. I have since unistalled, restarted my computer and then re-installed the program with the exact same error.

windows 10 version probably latest version and desktop version maybe opened on blocked port.
try run server edition called managerserver.exe
This is when your computer has a problem reading or writing to a file.
Check that you don’t have manager or the business file saved on a usb hard drive
check your hard drive is ok first
Disable anti virus and firewalls and see if that helps if you are using something like Norton Firewall.
