Enhancement request: Billable time default rates

@lubos - It would be great if we were able to define a default labor rate per customer. That way there would be one less field to manually populate for each daily entry. Of course, the default would only be used to used to pre-fill the rate field and the user would be permitted to override it.

The use case/justification here is that different rates can be negotiated for each client and use of defaults would reduce potential entry errors.

Please search the forum before posting. This has been suggested before: Default hourly rate, per customer. Part of what was discussed in that topic is now possible, a single default rate through Form Defaults.

Thanks @Tut. I did search but obviously missed that one. Is there a roadmap of sorts that shows which enhancement requests are considered/planned/rejected?
