You need to explain in more detail what you mean. The only “employee balances” of any kind in Manager would be in the Employee clearing account, having to do with payroll functions. That account has nothing to do with customer statements.
I think he wants Employee statements just like customer and suppliers statements.
If that is true, there are already employee reports. Explain why those are not satisfactory.
