Manager does not produce bank statements, which are documents of the financial institution. Records of activity in each bank account are available by clicking on the blue figures in each column of the Bank Accounts tab. The results can be copied and pasted into a spreadsheet for further manipulation. See Copy lists and reports | Manager.
You can use the Bank Reconciliation feature to reconcile and verify that the bank account transactions in Manager correspond to those on the bank statement

Balances match does not mean that all transactions are correct, the accountant can make the balances match, but there may be a fraud that occurred in the accounts.
