At last, this has worked for me.
Meanwhile i will be using this one as i wait for something easier like the Customers Statements (Transactions) are done.

Check if this works or not. If yes then use this until any other solution is provided.

I doubt this will pick up transactions that dont pass through the employee clearing account such as employee deductions and company expenses on the employee such as Social security employee contributions.

It will not pick lines of Payslips just the Payslip amount and that’s how supplier and customer statements are. But OP clearly mentioned he wants something like customer statement. This Custom report is equivalent to that without running balance.
But if you can help in making one using report transformation with individual Payslip item as a column that may help someone. I tried and got the results but didn’t get the employees and column figures in one row which i wanted.

@MUHINDO_DAN I think when it comes to displaying individual transactions, the easiest is to simply print the ledger using Advanced Queries.

The only issue is that when you click on employee balance within Employee tabs, that screen doesn’t support advanced queries yet but it’s coming

I am still waiting for the solution on this matter, which I raised earlier last year.
Kindly provide a click button for it under reports. It should be making a report like that one of Customer Statements (Transactions)

Is it workable or possible for manager to make a good Statement of account for Employees like how it does for Customers under reports?

The system has Customer Statement (Transactions) which does a good Statement of Account.

Can’t we have the same for employees?
