Manager does not have a time clock capability. The Billable Time tab is designed for situations where customers are billed at an hourly rate. See:

Billable Time records work for a customer who will be invoiced on an hourly basis at a defined rate. So you need to set up some other method for recording attendance. Set up employees in the Employees tab. Then enter payroll information as in this Guide:
